Thunderbird Hill South is locally owned and operated by Martin and Carol Flux. This is our home too so we take a lot of pride in our park. As a Thunderbird Hill South resident, you will enjoy a private clubhouse with a fully-equipped kitchen, dressing/restrooms, and is handicapped accessible. Our clubhouse offers a large screen TV, Wi-Fi accessible, pool table, and a mini library. Enjoy our heated pool year-round, sit on our clubhouse deck with friends, enjoy a game of shuffleboard, or join in one of our many organized activities.
